60 day layaway is available on Civil War relics and art pieces only on purchases over $150.00. One third of total purchase price required as down payment with balance due within 60 days. Any customer not submitting balance due within the prescribed 60 days forfeits down payment as restocking fee. NO exceptions.

Items may be returned within 10 days of purchase date minus shipping charges, any applicable credit card fees and a 20% restocking fee, provided it is returned unused or unaltered (in its original condition). Item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all paperwork including blank warranty documents. If the warranty paperwork is not blank, the item is considered used. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

We will accept trades on used detectors towards the purchase of any new detector. To qualify for trade in, used detectors must be in near mint condition. Additionally, acceptance for trade requires the detector to be submitted to the manufacturer by the customer for checkup/analysis prior to acceptance for trade. Dated service ticket from the manufacturer must accompany the detector to be considered for trade.
This policy, while strict insures that we receive only fully functional, quality previously owned detectors that do not have repair issues and that we can offer these detectors to our customers looking for a good deal on a used detector with assurances that they are making a sound purchase.
Previously owned detectors are sold “as is”. No refunds or exchanges on previously owned detectors.
